Galaxy Tab 10.1 N Doesn’t Look Like The IPad Says German Court

With a slight facelift and popping an N of the back of the 10.1 moniker seems to have satisfied a German court enough to issue a preliminary ruling – that theSamsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 N no longer infringes on the iPad.

Maybe the German court was tired of the constant bickering.

Galaxy Tab 10.1 Australian Ban Remains In Place

03 December 2011 – Just three days ago we reported that Australia overturned Apple’s injunction to ban Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and ordered the ruling to stay until yesterday, December 2nd. However a report just came in today saying that the High Court had just extended the ruling, causing the ban on the device remain in place until next Friday, 9th of December.

Samsung modifies Galaxy Tab 10.1 to beat German ban, called Galaxy Tab 10.1N

Looks like a little finagling and Samsung got out the dog house in Germany, after modifying its Honeycomb tablet to work around the injunction back in August by a court in Dusseldorf. While Samsung has not clarified the difference on the Galaxy Tab 10.1N, it does look like it has a new black bezel that pushes close to the metal rim.
